"After all of the compliments on my nails and my own 5/5 rating. This place was amazing! First I want to say I’ve just moved down here, and finding a new salon/Tech can be hard and Anxiety ridden. My first impression was very positive and polite. They seem really caring about their customers. I first called for pricing on there services. Out of anyone in that area, they seem to have the BEST prices. Once I called , Paul is the one who answered. He seemed very delighted to accept a walk in for a full set, no big details. I do want to add my birthday is this week , and I wanted to treat myself. Paul seemed very excited to help me with my birthday nails🙌🏼So for this first impression when letting him know my situation, I fealt welcomed and accepted the walk in immediately. Upon arrival , the business was clean. Everything seemed to have a place , and I was greeted at the door when I walked in. I waited for maybe not even 5 min and a nice lady sat me down. “I never got her name” During the whole process it was calming , very pleasant and clean . Aside from the great customer service, the lady doing my nail set made sure she double checked everything and made sure I liked everything. Style, color, length all of it. As well as using clean drill bits , clean tools. After being satisfied with everything, my tech was finishing up . Paul came around and asked if we needed any refreshments-water/soda. Talked for a little bit before he left the salon. He found out about my birthday, and said for any birthday we give 10% off full total of services.- as well as THE WHOLE SALON singing me happy birthday!❤️ All in all I was very hesitant on trying this new place, turns out I WILL be going back 🙌🏼❤️ Thank you everyone!"
